      <余震頻發(fā)時間計算系統(tǒng) > 軟件,前人未曾做過.1975年2月只為躲避余震,才用 心觀察余震規(guī)律,悟出一些道理,想出計算方法.但限于當(dāng)時計算技術(shù)條件,這種想法和算 法到底有多準(zhǔn),沒有統(tǒng)計出數(shù)據(jù)來.我一直希望地震局內(nèi)的人想出辦法,解決強震和余震預(yù)警問題.1997年我退休了。2004年聽到權(quán)威發(fā)布還在說,國家地震局預(yù)測不出強震,這 是世界上尚未解決的難題.人家公開說解決不了強震預(yù)測難題,何必再看人家資料難為自 己.所以干脆不查文獻,不做檢索.道不同,有意回避.地震規(guī)律研究要么不做,要做就全 按自己的新思路去做.一個人的思想和智慧,是一生學(xué)識見識的結(jié)晶,來龍去脈誰能說得 清楚.不過編寫程序時,腦子里的背景是天文現(xiàn)象和余震律動規(guī)律,用的是計算機技術(shù).〈余震頻發(fā)時間計算系統(tǒng)〉軟件,開展計算使用的起算數(shù)據(jù)是(一).南京紫 金山天文臺每年編寫出版的〈中國天文年歷>.(二).國家地震臺網(wǎng)公告強震的北京時 間.(三).強主震后,實地勘查繪出的烈度等級分布圖,取用最大烈度點的實測經(jīng)緯度.舉 例說明,海城地震后調(diào)查烈度最大在孤山子,取用孤山子經(jīng)緯度計算.2008年5月12日四 川8.0級強震,不可使用公告所說的震中在汶川的經(jīng)緯度,因為北川比汶川烈度大的多,應(yīng) 使用北川縣附近烈度最大位置的經(jīng)緯度起算.

      發(fā)明內(nèi)容

      >.其實 真正的功效,是要對強震預(yù)測這個當(dāng)今世界大難題做出正確解答.〈余震頻發(fā)時間計算系統(tǒng)〉軟件,最起碼解決的技術(shù)問題是計算出每日的余震頻發(fā)時間.所采用的技術(shù)方案是通過震中兩組對稱時間,利用每日天文現(xiàn)象和數(shù)據(jù),推算出 每日的余震頻發(fā)時間.其有益效果,起碼對防震有益有效,可供減災(zāi)預(yù)警參考.<余震頻發(fā)時間計算系統(tǒng) > 軟件,主要內(nèi)容和功能是一 .在程序說明部分,論述了地球上強震發(fā)生外因,內(nèi)因,及發(fā)生時間規(guī)律和預(yù)測 方法.二.晶體管時鐘每日走時差,與天象,地球活動(火山,地震,臺風(fēng)颶風(fēng)等)對應(yīng)數(shù) 據(jù)庫.三.沖國天文年歷數(shù)據(jù)錄入,余震序列數(shù)據(jù)錄入.四.強烈地震震中兩組正交對稱時間計算和排序.五.對稱時序與余震序列之間相合率計算統(tǒng)計和分析.六.按對稱時刻士9分鐘時段,統(tǒng)計余震頻度與強度,實時監(jiān)測余震動態(tài)和趨勢分 析.七.每日余震頻發(fā)時間計算,打印輸出余震頻發(fā)時間表,供預(yù)警參考.1997年9月10日因病退體后,孩子們送來計算機,已經(jīng)裝好了軟件.機內(nèi)安裝的 計算機操作系統(tǒng),當(dāng)時是WIND0WS98,它有MS-DOS工作方式,仍能執(zhí)行早年在該操作系統(tǒng) 下,用各種程序語言寫出的程序.我自學(xué)并會編程的程序語言,在MS-DOS工作方式下的程 序語言有匯編語言,turbo C,F(xiàn)OXPRO 2. 5,F(xiàn)0XBASE+2. 1,QBASIC等 究竟用哪種程序語 言編寫程序,當(dāng)時考慮到計算機技術(shù)日新月異,更新特快.以為用了最新操作系統(tǒng),最新程 序語言,轉(zhuǎn)年就過時.而寫出的程序,最最關(guān)鍵是讓人無論何時讀它,都能像看英語那樣讀 得懂,理解明白.只要理解了程序的意思,理念,方法,算法,任何編程人員,可根據(jù)本國實 際情況,如國家語言,計算機工作平臺,習(xí)慣喜歡使用的程序語言等,甚至還可加入最新研 究成果,一起改寫成可執(zhí)行程序文件應(yīng)用程序.所以,決定不去追求最新版本操作系統(tǒng)和 程序語言,而是強調(diào)提供編寫的源程序,提供人們能輕易讀懂并理解的語言程序.符合這 些要求的程序語言是F0XBASE+2. 1和QBASIC.由于Foxrao與F0XBASE基本兼容,F(xiàn)OXPRO 2. 5可以運行F0XBASB+大部分源程 序.F0XBASB+2. 1文件可以轉(zhuǎn)換為FOXPRO 2. 5文件,然后升級成FOXPRO高版本文件,雖然已自學(xué)過專業(yè)人員編程常用,功能很強的TURBO C 1.5,并且編寫過實用程 序.相比之下還是覺得BASIC較為普及,源程序易于讀懂,而且在MS-DOS系統(tǒng)中就有程序 語言軟件QBASIC. EXE和輔助程序.一旦把想法轉(zhuǎn)變成了算法,今后其它各種高級語言系統(tǒng) 參照QBASIC程序也好改寫,所以還是決定用QBASIC語言編寫程序.使用QBASIC或其它高級語言的目的。是為了進行天文學(xué)復(fù)雜的科學(xué)計算和做 圖.這其中關(guān)鍵技術(shù),是如何把F0XBASE+2. 1的數(shù)據(jù)庫,轉(zhuǎn)換成其它高級語言的數(shù)據(jù)文件, 完成數(shù)據(jù)互換通用.本程序摸索尋找到F0XBASE+2. 1與QBASIC語言數(shù)據(jù)互換方法,實際上 也為F0XBASE+2. 1與其它高級語言之間,數(shù)據(jù)互換數(shù)據(jù)共享找到方法和通路.辛好F0XBASE+2. 1和QBASIC的源程序易于讀懂,才在經(jīng)歷2001年重病死去活來 之后,仍能承接病前編寫程序繼續(xù)把程序編寫完工,三次把程序推倒重寫,終于在2006年6 月用兩種程序語言,編寫完成兩套 < 余震頻發(fā)時間計算系統(tǒng) > 軟件.用兩種程序語言編寫 的文件目錄,放在申請書最后面,用 < 附加文件〉分別列出.用程序執(zhí)行方式管理數(shù)據(jù)庫,需要先做程序設(shè)計寫出程序文件書中說一個好程序
      5文件,應(yīng)有詳細準(zhǔn)確的說明.寫程序時已盡力做到,每段程序前面都寫明了設(shè)計原理,思路 和技術(shù)方案,程序中每一步操作都用注釋寫明,務(wù)求準(zhǔn)確詳盡.QBASIC文件說明用的是英 文,只寫明程序功能.F0XBASE+2. 1文件功能更多,應(yīng)用更簡明方便,技術(shù)方案和程序功能 說明用的是中文,內(nèi)容豐富齊全,因篇幅太長,這里不便列出.現(xiàn)僅把用QBASIC語言程序編 寫的文件功能列出如下QBASIC余震頻發(fā)時間計算系統(tǒng)文件功能和執(zhí)行順序說明表1.       此前都說強震預(yù)測是世界上尚未解決的大難題?,F(xiàn)在我們根據(jù)地球內(nèi)部活動起伏與天象變化相對應(yīng)的事實,探索解決大難題的策略和技術(shù)方案。余震頻發(fā)時間計算系統(tǒng)軟件是反映余震律動與天象變化對應(yīng)關(guān)系的計算機軟件,是整個技術(shù)方案中圈定強余震的部分。它取用震中兩組對稱時間,利用當(dāng)日天象數(shù)據(jù),計算出余震頻發(fā)時間,因余震頻發(fā)時間與余震序列時間二者相合幾率相當(dāng)高,可供民眾躲避強余震警示參考,對防震減災(zāi)有益有效,它可按余震頻發(fā)時間每一時刻前后9分鐘內(nèi),統(tǒng)計余震次數(shù)和強度,分析余震發(fā)展趨勢,統(tǒng)計每次余震時刻各天體出現(xiàn)在對稱方位上次數(shù),分析震區(qū)對哪些天體和天體方位比較敏感。
