      軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈的制作方法與工藝
      本發(fā)明涉及LED球泡燈領(lǐng)域,尤其是一種具有高發(fā)光均勻度與大角度照射范圍的軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈。
      背景技術(shù)
      :當(dāng)前,鑒于LED具有高效能、高演色性、環(huán)保、節(jié)能及使用壽命長等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),各界皆趨向以LED作為發(fā)光源制造各式照明燈具。以照明球泡燈為例,早期的球泡燈采用鎢絲做為發(fā)光源,通過通電利用電阻將鎢絲加熱至白熾以發(fā)出光線進(jìn)行照明,該種球泡燈的發(fā)光特性近似為點(diǎn)光源,因此當(dāng)其進(jìn)行照明時(shí)可達(dá)到360度全周光的發(fā)光效能。如前述,現(xiàn)今采用LED作為燈具光源已為趨勢,但是,當(dāng)前的LED球泡燈于球泡燈內(nèi)的光源多半設(shè)計(jì)為發(fā)光面朝上并與發(fā)光角度垂直,但同時(shí)因球泡燈的外形結(jié)構(gòu)對光會(huì)產(chǎn)生遮蔽效果,因此致使現(xiàn)有的LED球泡燈的發(fā)光角度不夠大,并多呈現(xiàn)光線過于集中以及具狹隘發(fā)光角度的狀態(tài),且亦受限于LED的發(fā)光角度與總出光流明等特性限制,使現(xiàn)有的LED球泡燈無法如同傳統(tǒng)白熾燈具有極為均勻與廣角發(fā)光的光線達(dá)到全周光的均勻照明效果。故LED球泡燈仍須致力朝向提升照射角度與光線均勻度的目標(biāo)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與改善,以使LED球泡燈可提供更佳的照明效能。因此,為了改善利用LED球泡燈的發(fā)光效能,當(dāng)前相關(guān)業(yè)者多采用三維照明角度的設(shè)置方式,以提升LED球泡燈的照射角度,使之可更趨向鎢絲燈的全周光照明狀態(tài)。如圖1~圖4所示,其為目前市面常見的各類LED球泡燈1。圖1所示的LED球泡燈1,其采用將LED光源10直立設(shè)置的方式,直接對四周發(fā)光以增大出光角度;圖2所示的LED球泡燈1,亦將 LED光源10直立設(shè)置,并相較于圖1的LED球泡燈1,其能夠提升LED光源10的設(shè)置數(shù)量使其形成更多面向的三維照明角度,以產(chǎn)生更多角度的出光;圖3所示的LED球泡燈1,則是利用電路基板11的多角度拼裝,以供其上LED光源10的光線可射向各角度;圖4所示則是于LED光源10上方增加一二次光學(xué)透鏡12,以達(dá)到擴(kuò)大照射角度形成全周光照明的目的。但是,如上述各種方式,皆可見相較于傳統(tǒng)發(fā)光面朝上的LED球泡燈,在調(diào)整LED光源10設(shè)置方向時(shí)須重新設(shè)計(jì)與考慮,甚至連同用以安裝LED光源10的區(qū)域亦須重新設(shè)計(jì),且如圖1中的LED球泡燈1,明顯可見其僅具有兩個(gè)LED光源10設(shè)置區(qū)域,因此仍有光線無法到達(dá)的照射角度。再者,如圖2及圖3中的LED球泡燈1,其亦為目前相當(dāng)常見的三維照明角度設(shè)計(jì)方式,為了提升LED光源10的出光角度,必須增加LED光源10的設(shè)置數(shù)量,相對地用以設(shè)置LED光源10的支架或電路基板12的數(shù)量亦須隨之提升,因此大幅增加了制造與組裝成本。且雖皆屬三維照明角度,但如前述,LED球泡燈1的外型亦會(huì)影響LED光源10的發(fā)光角度,故針對相異的LED球泡燈1則需逐一設(shè)計(jì)符合出光角度的支架或電路基板11。此外,如圖4,亦有業(yè)者采用于LED光源10外增設(shè)二次光學(xué)透鏡12的方式,使光線通過二次光學(xué)透鏡12擴(kuò)大照射角度,此種方式則需另于LED球泡燈1設(shè)置其余元件,從而提升了制造成本與組裝時(shí)間。因此,當(dāng)前為了提升LED球泡燈的出光角度與均勻度所采用的方式均大幅提升制造上所需成本,以及組裝時(shí)間與設(shè)計(jì)難易度等,雖可略為解決LED球泡燈于發(fā)光效能方面的問題,但是實(shí)際上仍存有多項(xiàng)缺失。故本發(fā)明人構(gòu)思一種軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈,希望可有效解決現(xiàn)有的LED球泡燈問題,進(jìn)一步提升平面發(fā)光的LED球泡燈照射角度與發(fā)光均勻度,免除繁復(fù)的光源設(shè)置方式并降低生產(chǎn)成本。技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)要素:本發(fā)明的一目的在于提供一種軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈,其可調(diào)整發(fā) 光面向上的LED出光角度,并均勻化整體光線均勻度,以提供極佳的類全周光的廣角發(fā)光角度與照射光線均勻度。為了達(dá)到上述目的,本發(fā)明提供的一種軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈包括一燈罩、一基板及一底座,該基板設(shè)置于該底座上,且該基板上設(shè)置有多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源;該燈罩端緣與該底座連接,從而使該基板被罩設(shè)于該燈罩內(nèi),其中,該燈罩不同部位的厚度不相同,且該燈罩頂部厚度大于該燈罩側(cè)邊厚度,供該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源設(shè)于空間中一極坐標(biāo)原點(diǎn)位置,當(dāng)該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源的照明指向朝向該極坐標(biāo)0度方向時(shí),該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源的光線通過該燈罩后,在該極坐標(biāo)位置135度至180度之間的光通量至少為該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源的總光通量的5%;以及在該極坐標(biāo)位置0度至135度之間,至少90%空間位置處的光強(qiáng)度I與該極坐標(biāo)位置0度至135度之間的平均發(fā)光強(qiáng)度Iavg之間滿足以下關(guān)系式:(|I-Iavg|/Iavg)<25%。其中,極坐標(biāo)+30度至-30度范圍內(nèi)的該燈罩厚度與極坐標(biāo)+90度至+30度范圍內(nèi)的該燈罩厚度之比為(1.8~3):1,以及極坐標(biāo)+30度至-30度范圍內(nèi)的該燈罩厚度與極坐標(biāo)-90度至-30度范圍內(nèi)的該燈罩厚度之比為(1.8~3):1,于此比例范圍內(nèi),可使本發(fā)明于同時(shí)符合最佳的發(fā)光均勻度與廣角照射角度條件外,更可達(dá)到最佳的照明效能。此外,該燈罩內(nèi)面的剖面邊緣線可呈弧線,或?yàn)榫哂卸鄠€(gè)轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)的一曲線,且該曲線左右對稱,且該燈罩內(nèi)面頂端至該基板的距離為50mm~60mm,及該燈罩外圍最大寬度距離為58mm~70mm。綜上所述,本發(fā)明提供的軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈,能夠有效提升利用LED作為光源的球泡燈的發(fā)光效能通過非均勻厚度的該燈罩降低LED發(fā)光源于特定角度產(chǎn)生的過強(qiáng)光線,使球泡燈于預(yù)定出光角度的光線更趨 該燈罩20端緣與該底座22連接,從而使該基板21被罩設(shè)于該燈罩20內(nèi)。該軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈2的特征在于,該燈罩20不同部位的厚度不相同,且該燈罩20頂部的厚度相對大于該燈罩20側(cè)邊的厚度,使該燈罩20呈現(xiàn)非均勻厚度的狀態(tài),該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源211設(shè)于空間中一極坐標(biāo)原點(diǎn)位置,且當(dāng)該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源211的照明指向朝該極坐標(biāo)0度方向時(shí),該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源211的光線通過該燈罩后,在該極坐標(biāo)位置135度至180度之間的光通量至少為該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源的總光通量的5%;以及在該極坐標(biāo)位置0度至135度之間,至少90%空間位置處的光強(qiáng)度I與該極坐標(biāo)位置0度至135度之間的平均發(fā)光強(qiáng)度Iavg之間滿足關(guān)系式(|I-Iavg|/Iavg)<25%,藉此使該軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈2的發(fā)光狀態(tài)具有更佳的均勻度與照射廣度,以達(dá)類全周光的發(fā)光效果。其中,該燈罩20的厚度越大,其造成光線反射的效果越佳,亦即更可達(dá)到近全周光的照明效果,但相對地該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源211投射出該燈罩20的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度及亮度亦會(huì)減弱,因此,該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源211的光線隨該燈罩20的厚度提升而產(chǎn)生漸弱的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度及趨向廣闊的照射角度,反之,隨該燈罩20的厚度減少而產(chǎn)生漸強(qiáng)的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度及趨向狹隘的照射角度,可知光線的呈現(xiàn)根據(jù)該燈罩20厚度的不同而具有趨向式的改變。因此,經(jīng)由對該燈罩20厚度的調(diào)整即可改變該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源211的發(fā)光角度與強(qiáng)度,但是,若想在符合上述光通量與發(fā)光強(qiáng)度的要求下,使該軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈2具有更好的照明效果,可進(jìn)一步定義該燈罩20的厚度比例。以下為針對該燈罩20的厚度于極坐標(biāo)+30度至-30度范圍與極坐標(biāo)+90度至+30度范圍內(nèi)以及-90度至-30度范圍內(nèi)的各厚度比例(以下簡稱為該燈罩20厚度比例)進(jìn)行光學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)后所得數(shù)據(jù)。且經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)后可得于極坐標(biāo)+30度至-30度范圍內(nèi)的該燈罩20厚度相對于極坐標(biāo)+90度至+30度范圍內(nèi)以及-90度至-30度范圍內(nèi)的該燈罩20厚度,其比例為(1.8~3):1時(shí),可同時(shí)符合上述對于光通量與發(fā)光強(qiáng)度的限定,并使該軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡 度比例為1.8:1時(shí),該軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈2位于該極坐標(biāo)位置135度至180度,其光通量約略為該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源211總光通量的7.699%;當(dāng)該燈罩20厚度比例為3:1時(shí),該軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈2位于該極坐標(biāo)位置135度至180度,其光通量約略為該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源211總光通量的8.379%;及當(dāng)該燈罩20厚度比例為3.1:1時(shí),該軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈2位于該極坐標(biāo)位置135度至180度,其光通量約略為該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源211總光通量的8.733%。然而,雖在光通量測試項(xiàng)目,該燈罩20厚度比例在1:1、1.7:1、1.8:1、3:1及3.1:1的條件下,皆可達(dá)到于該極坐標(biāo)位置135度至180度時(shí)的光通量為該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源211的總光通量的5%,但本發(fā)明的技術(shù)特征在于該軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈2除了達(dá)到于該極坐標(biāo)位置135度至180度時(shí)的光通量為該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源211的總光通量的5%的發(fā)光亮度外,并同時(shí)使該軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈2于該極坐標(biāo)位置0度至135度之間至少90%的該空間位置光強(qiáng)度I滿足(|I-Iavg|/Iavg)<25%的關(guān)系式。因此,結(jié)合前述的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,該燈罩20的厚度比例于1:1、1.7:1及3.1:1時(shí),仍不符本發(fā)明所欲達(dá)到的照明效果。如圖8~圖12所示分別為依據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果所繪制的各光形圖,圖中顯示該軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈2顯示該極坐標(biāo)位置0度與180度剖面的光強(qiáng)分布,以及該極坐標(biāo)位置90度與270度剖面的光強(qiáng)分布,于圖8~12中,分別以LA表示該極坐標(biāo)位置0度與180度組成的平面中所形成的光曲線,LB表示該極坐標(biāo)位置90度與270度組成的平面中所形成的光曲線。圖8為該燈罩20的厚度比例為1:1的光形圖,圖9為該燈罩20的厚度比例為1.7:1的光形圖,圖10為該燈罩20的厚度比例為1.8:1的光形圖,圖11為該燈罩20的厚度比例為3:1的光形圖,圖12為該燈罩20的厚度比例為3.1:1的光形圖。由該些光形圖可得知,當(dāng)該燈罩20厚度比例為1.8:1及3:1時(shí),兼具最佳光線照射廣度與均勻度,使以LED作為光源的LED球泡燈更可達(dá)類全周光的照明效果。因此為了使本發(fā)明可達(dá)成全周光的照 明效能,并同時(shí)維持一定的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度,結(jié)合上述實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,限定于極坐標(biāo)+30度至-30度范圍內(nèi)的該燈罩20厚度相對于極坐標(biāo)+90度至+30度范圍內(nèi)以及-90度至-30度范圍內(nèi)的該燈罩20厚度,其比例為(1.8~3):1,使該軸對稱發(fā)光的LED球泡燈2于符合上述光通量與發(fā)光強(qiáng)度的條件外,更可達(dá)最佳發(fā)光效率與均勻性。其中,較佳者,該燈罩20內(nèi)面的剖面線邊緣可為弧線,或呈具有多個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)的一曲線,且該曲線左右對稱,于本實(shí)施例中,以該燈罩20內(nèi)面的剖面線邊緣為弧線示意說明。此外,該燈罩20內(nèi)面頂端至該基板21的距離值L為50mm~60mm,該燈罩20外圍最大寬度值W距離為58mm~70mm。綜上所述,本發(fā)明針對發(fā)光面向上的LED球泡燈,通過非均勻厚度的該燈罩20有效降低該多個(gè)LED發(fā)光源211于特定角度的光線強(qiáng)度,使光線擴(kuò)散以于預(yù)定出光角度達(dá)成均勻出光,以獲得均勻的發(fā)光效果及大角度照射范圍效能,有效改善現(xiàn)行LED球泡燈發(fā)光不均與光線角度過于集中的缺失。以上所述僅為本發(fā)明的較佳實(shí)施例而已,并非用以限定本發(fā)明實(shí)施的范圍;故在不脫離本發(fā)明的精神與范圍下所作的均等變化與修飾,皆應(yīng)涵蓋于本發(fā)明的保護(hù)范圍內(nèi)。當(dāng)前第1頁1 2 3
