【專利摘要】本發(fā)明首次從紅花香雪蘭花瓣中克隆得到3條查爾酮異構(gòu)酶(CHI)的cDNA,并確定了它的核苷酸序列和由此得出氨基酸序列。在香雪蘭花朵著色過程中,三者基因表達(dá)和花色苷合成呈現(xiàn)明顯的相關(guān)性,另外,將3個<i>FhCHI</i>的真核表達(dá)載體轉(zhuǎn)染到擬南芥<i>CHI</i>突變體中,其幼苗和種皮都恢復(fù)了表型。
